How to access the Phone Reservation System

1. Call 1.888.845.9494

2. Enter your Phone ID and Phone PIN. You can find this information by going to "My Profile". If this information is not listed on this page, your organization has not signed up for the Phone access option and it will not be available to you.

3. Follow the prompts to make a reservation, cancel a reservation, listen to your schedule, listen to an aircraft schedule or instructor schedule. All reservations made on the phone system will update the internet schedule in real-time.
