1. How do I setup a new company on Flight Schedule Pro?

Answer:
If you represent an organization and want to use FSP to schedule your aircraft, instructors, and equipment please sign-up using this form (click here).

If you are a pilot or instructor and want to schedule aircraft, your organization must first be registered with FSP. If they are already registered, visit our pilot/member sign-up form to register for access (click here).

2. What system requirements must I meet to use Flight Schedule Pro?

Answer: We highly recommend that you upgrade your browser if you are not using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.01 or Netscape 7.02. You will not be able to experience Flight Schedule Pro's advanced features if you are using an older browser.

New browser versions are launched to keep you up to date with advanced technologies brought into the marketplace that serve as not only display and functionality improvements, but also help eliminate vulnerabilities that can be very detrimental to the security and privacy of information stored on your computer.

3. I registered with Flight Schedule Pro, but when I login I get an error, why?

Answer: After you register with Flight Schedule Pro, your information gets sent to your flight school or club administrator for approval. You cannot login until you have been approved to use the system. Please do not register with Flight Schedule Pro again! This will only make the approval process longer. Once you have been approved, you will be sent a notification e-mail. Make sure to save this e-mail because it contains your username and password. It usually takes one or two days to get approved.

4. How do I access the phone system?

5. I forgot my password and username, how can I get this information?

Answer: If you have access to the email address you entered on Flight Schedule Pro, please contact us and include the following information:
    - Your full name as entered on Flight Schedule Pro
    - The name of the organization(s) you are registered with on Flight Schedule Pro

Your username and password will be emailed to your registered email address on Flight Schedule Pro.


If you do NOT have access to the email address you entered on Flight Schedule Pro, please contact the Administrator of your organization on Flight Schedule Pro to have them retrieve your login information for you. For security reasons we are not allowed to give out this information except through your registered email address on Flight Schedule Pro. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Once you login successfully, we recommend you change your login information by visiting "My Profile"

6. How can I find out what reservations I have made?

Answer:
After you login, click the "My Schedule" link at the top of the page. You will be able to see all of your reservations made into the future. You will not be able to view past reservations. You can edit and cancel reservations from this page also.

7. How can I change my username and password?

Answer:
If your are a member or pilot, after you login, click on the "My Profile" link. You can change your username, password, address, contact information, medical certificate expiration date, and your flight review expiration date all on this page.

8. Where can I find on-line weather information?

Answer: After you login, click on the "Flight Planning" link near the bottom of the page. This will take you to a page where you can access some of the most popular weather related websites on the Web!

9. I'm an Instructor, can I edit my schedule and reservations that I've made for my students?

Answer: If you have instructor privileges, you have complete control over the reservations you have made. If you make a reservation for one of your students you will be able to edit, and cancel the reservation as if it were one of your own. Also, you can delete reservations on your schedule, the person who's reservation was deleted will get a notification e-mail, informing him/her of the cancellation.
