Company administrators: To modify system settings and restrictions: Click "System Settings" from the Main Menu and "Continue to the setup wizard . . ."

1. Set how many months members can reserve aircraft, instructor and equipment in advance.
2. Require members to enter a flight route when they make reservations.
3. Limit scheduling rights to members who do not have expired medical certificates, BFRs, or 90 day student signoffs.
4. Let members view other members contact information.
5. Set the viewable times on schedules.
6. Make a certain schedule view or the bulletin board the default scheduling view.
7. Automatic notification for when members medical certificates, BFRs, or 90 day solo signoffs are about to expire.
8. Restrict members from scheduling certain aircraft.
9. Restrict the number of active reservations a member can have at one time.
