Yingling Aviation is a full-service fixed base operation providing a full range of aviation support services, 24 hours a day, at Mid-Continent Airport (ICT) in Wichita, KS. Founded in 1946, Yingling is celebrating its 60th Anniversary in 2006. It was the first fixed base operator to be named a Cessna dealer and has maintained a continuous relationship with Cessna for all of its six decades. Designated by the manufacturer as a “ Cessna Care Center” based on its outstanding quality and reputation, Yingling is also the largest Cessna parts supplier in the world.

A Cessna Pilot Center with state of the art computer-based instruction for primary, instrument and advance ratings, Yingling also offers charter service featuring a recently refurbished Conquest II and a rental fleet available to qualified pilots.

“Since we began using Flight Schedule Pro, our instructors and students are able to communicate directly with one another. A student can schedule a plane and instructor online. The instructor is notified, the plane is reserved and if there’s a need for a cancellation, Flight Schedule Pro can notify everyone. This is a nice feature”.

With more than 80 employees dedicated to serving customers, a spacious pilot’s lounge, and an outstanding selection of equipment, specialty items, and gifts at its Aviator’s Attic, Yingling can provide exceptional hospitality and service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When asked the results of using Flight Schedule Pro, Lonnie stated, “We are able to offer better customer service. FSP frees up front desk staff to help the person right in front of them. When a customer wants to schedule and we’re busy, we can refer them to FSP. That’s a big advantage for everybody. . .that’s a big advantage!”
